This epic crew returns in a soft way as Phil (Bradley Cooper), Stu (Ed Helms) and Alan (Zach Galifnakis) find themselves on another adventure. This time though, it is 100% sober and sans a face tattoo. Doug once again joins the group to help in an all-out awkward situation, get Alan to a "friendly" mental institution.
Their trip is sidelined though as a new villain enters the scene. Marshall (John Goodman), is a very angry drug kingpin with a mission for the pack. Find Lesilie Chow (Ken Jeong) or lose one of their own.
Determined to save their captive friend Doug, the crew travels from Arizona to Mexico and finally arrives in their own personal hell, Las Vegas. Tricked, beaten and torn apart by chickens they rush against the clock as they chase the insane international criminal Chow.
A fun ending without the actual "Hangover" plot point, this movie once again spotlights horrible situations and awkward moments. And while not my favorite of the trilogy, it has some memorable moments for fans.
